This page lists all undergraduate admissions deadlines for students applying to UNC Greensboro. These deadlines include fall, spring, and summer terms for first-year and transfer applicants. It also shows deadlines for other student types such as former students, visiting students, and second-degree students. Graduate admissions deadlines vary by program and term and are listed in the graduate programs portal.

Deadlines here represent the latest dates we must receive your application and supporting materials to be considered for admission for a specific term. Some deadlines also affect scholarship consideration or priority status. If you apply or submit materials after a deadline, your application will be considered, space permitting, on a rolling basis. After reviewing your application, we will let you know if we require additional information.

First-Year Undergraduate Deadlines

First-year students applying for undergraduate admission to UNCG’s Fall 2026 semester have two deadline options. For Early Action, students should submit their application by November 1, 2025 and submit all supporting application materials by December 15, 2025 to be considered for merit-based scholarships.

The Regular Decision Deadline requires students to submit their application by March 1, 2026 and all supporting application materials by March 15, 2026. All applications received after March 1 are reviewed on a space-available basis and decisions are released on a rolling basis.

Graduate Deadlines

Graduate admissions deadlines at UNC Greensboro vary by academic program, degree level, and intended term of entry. Unlike undergraduate admissions, graduate programs set their own application deadlines based on factors such as cohort size, accreditation requirements, funding availability, and assistantship consideration. Some graduate programs admit students on a rolling basis, while others have firm priority or final deadlines. Because of this variation, graduate deadlines are not listed on this page. Prospective graduate students should review program-specific deadlines and requirements through the official Graduate Admissions Programs Portal to ensure they are viewing the most accurate and up-to-date information for their program.
