Tatiana is the Associate Director for First-Year Recruitment at UNC Greensboro, where she is committed to guiding students through the college admissions process. A former student-athlete, she earned her degree in Human Development and Family Studies in 2015 at UNCG and later completed a master’s in Sports Management from Western

Carolina University. She began her admissions career at UNCG in 2017 and has since played a key role in student recruitment, staff development, and fostering professional engagement with organizations like CACRAO and SACAC.
