Spartan Guide Application | UNCG Admissions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a UNC Greensboro Spartan Guide! We are now accepting applications for the 2022-2023 academic year.

What is a UNCG Spartan Guide?

Spartan Guides represent UNC- Greensboro to prospective students, families, and guests. Spartan Guides are the face of UNCG and represent the student perspective to all of our guests. Spartan Guides share their knowledge and love of UNCG with a wide range of visitors to our campus. The time commitment is about 20 hours a month on average with additional opportunities to work admissions events. The majority of spartan guide activities will center around UNCG daily tours and UNCG recruitment activities. As a Spartan Guide, other activities you will be involved in include:

  • Guiding tours
  • Community outreach events
  • On-campus events for prospective students
  • Events collaborating with UNCG athletics
  • Social media takeovers
  • Professional development (staff meetings, training, etc.)

What are the benefits of becoming a UNCG Spartan Guide?
