Growing up in Greensboro, Marisa has seen UNCG as a second home for most of her life. Marisa has been a fixture at UNCG since 2012 while she earned both her Bachelor’s (Spanish K-12 Education) and Master’s (Spanish Education) degrees, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Cultural Foundations. Marisa’s specialty is working with members of our Latinx community, with the goal of guiding students and families every step of the way through the enrollment process. Fluent in Spanish, Marisa is eager to meet with students and families in their native language.
