Meet Our Spartan Guides

My personal motto is: Never tickle a sleeping dragon.
My goals are: to move out to California or England and make films.
I selected UNCG because: I love the campus, and it has the program I want.
My best UNCG moment: The countless nights that became countless mornings spent with friends.
My biggest surprise at UNCG: How much I felt at home when I got here freshman year.
My favorite place on campus: Anywhere on campus at 6:30 in the morning after pulling an all-nighter. It offers the strangest serenity being one of the only people outside and watching the sunrise.
On the weekends I: Play music with my bandmates, hang out, have adventures, and study. So I basically do the same things I do during the week, just without the classes.
My favorite class: Either Acting I or Introduction to Narrative. I am a storyteller at heart and both classes helped me hone and explore some of my natural talents.
I am involved in: Mostly non-UNCG related activities, except for being a Spartan Guide. I go to as many soccer, rugby, and baseball games as possible. My bandmates and I play in and around Greensboro a lot, and we also play tons of Mario Kart. If there were a Beard Aficionado Club, I would totally join that.
My favorite food on campus: My gut instinct is to say Jimmy John's, but that's technically on Tate St., so I'll have to say the Bojangles' in Jefferson Suites. It's always Bo Time.
If I could have a superpower, it would be: Magic.
My one piece of advice for prospective students is: Don't rely on the Magic 8 Ball.
