My goals are: I hope to graduate from UNCG in 2014 and join Young Life staff in North Carolina. I hope to launch Young Life Capernaum wherever I end up and make a difference in the lives of kids with special needs.
I selected UNCG because: UNCG selected me! I knew this is where I was supposed to be the moment I stepped on campus the first time.
My biggest surprise at UNCG: Being admitted into the School of Education.
On the weekends I: Spend time with awesome friends I have met at UNCG.
My favorite class: The Institution of Education. Learning about the public system of education is so cool.
I am involved in: I am a volunteer Young Life leader in Greensboro, and I participate in Young Life College here at UNCG. I am a member of Ashby Residential College and Lloyd International Honors College.
My favorite food on campus: If not Bojangles, I’d say Jamba Juice. Yummy!
Favorite thing to do in Greensboro: Hang out downtown with friends.
If I could have a superpower, it would be: The ability to grow money on trees.
My one piece of advice for prospective students is: Don't let people scare you. College is so fun and you will be able to fit in anywhere.
